    Eligibility Criteria to Study MBBS in India

    To be eligible to study MBBS in India, students must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their core subjects. They must also have secured a minimum of 50% marks in PCB. In addition, students must have appeared for and cleared an entrance exam such as NEET.
    NEET is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and is the only entrance exam that all medical colleges in India accept. Students who wish to study MBBS abroad are also required to clear NEET. The syllabus for NEET covers topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology that are taught at the Class 11th and 12th levels.
    The exam is conducted in offline mode and consists of multiple choice questions. Candidates who clear NEET with a high score will have a better chance of getting admission into their preferred medical college.

    Documents Required for Doing MBBS in India?

    To study MBBS in India, you need to have certain documents. These include your:

    • School leaving certificate,
    • Birth certificate, passport and visa, and transcripts.
    • You must also take an entrance exam, such as the Medical Entrance Test (MET).
    • The MET is a multiple-choice exam that tests your biology, chemistry, and physics knowledge.
